Manager, Influencer Marketing

Location: Remote role open in Buenos Aires or Mar del Plata, Argentina. Local office collaboration is available in Buenos Aires and Mar del Plata.

What you will do

• Source, vet, and present diverse, data-informed creator recommendations aligned with brand strategies.
• Build relationships with creators, talent managers, agency representatives, and preferred talent rosters.
• Brief creators, review content for brand compliance, and manage production timelines and final file delivery.
• Act as a direct client contact across 5–7 concurrent brand projects.
• Coordinate talent contracts, fee negotiations, legal communications, invoicing, and financial paperwork.
• Track project budgets and oversee pricing strategies with senior leadership guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and other major social platforms.
• Experience with CreatorIQ, Tagger, creator partnerships, casting, vetting, and creator performance metrics.
• Experience working directly with clients and brands and managing influencer campaign production.
• Familiarity with contracts or legal communications, talent budgets, and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
