Influencer Marketing Manager Intern

Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Scout and select influencers and creators aligned with campaign objectives and brand values.
• Manage creator relationships and support the co-creation of creative briefs.
• Coordinate content creation and delivery throughout campaign execution.
• Research social media trends and gather insights for strategy and creative development.
• Analyze influencer marketing campaign performance and prepare reports to measure impact and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• Current university student in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of major social and content platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Passion for social media and awareness of current trends.
• Strong team spirit and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
