Senior Multimedia Producer

What you will do

• Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for corporate, marketing, and branded communications.
• Translate stakeholder goals and creative direction into compelling visual narratives.
• Design motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects.
• Perform color correction, sound design, audio mixing, and final mastering.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt content for web, social media, presentations, and internal communications, incorporating feedback throughout production.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Video Producer or Editor with a strong corporate, commercial, or branded portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in photography and visual content creation.
• Strong knowledge of storytelling, pacing, composition, lighting, and audio production.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for B2B, corporate, financial services, or professional services organizations.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted production tools.
• Familiarity with social-first video formats and platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience with live production, webinars, and broadcast-style events.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and compliance processes in regulated industries.
