What you will do

• Edit platform-native short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social channels.
• Craft long-form YouTube videos, including challenges, gameshow-style formats, interviews, vlogs, sketches and creator-led entertainment.
• Own edits from rough cut through final delivery, shaping narrative, comedy, rhythm, music, sound design, captions and finishing details.
• Deliver quick-turnaround briefs while managing competing deadlines and maintaining creative and technical quality.
• Collaborate with creatives, producers, VFX artists and editors, contributing ideas and creative solutions.
• Create cut-downs, trailers, teasers, tutorials, breakdowns and social-first branded content as required.

Requirements

• Strong social-first portfolio demonstrating creative judgement, excellent pacing, storytelling and audience retention across short-form and long-form work.
• Experience editing fast-paced social and digital content with the ability to manage multiple edits and deliver quickly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Confidence with sound design, music selection, timing, basic colour finishing and platform-appropriate graphics or captions.
• Strong organisation, communication, collaboration and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects.
• Knowledge of creators, formats, memes, trends and editing styles that resonate on social media.
