What you will do
- Maintain Design Line Plans, PLM records, operational trackers, and product information.
- Support PLM administration, including image uploads, style updates, data entry, and system maintenance.
- Prepare seasonal presentations, design decks, visual communication materials, and supporting design assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Coordinate Design team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, notes, and action items.
- Support milestone reviews, turnover meetings, Blue Sky reviews, and other seasonal Design meetings.
- Organize digital archives, render libraries, shared files, presentation boards, assortment documentation, and seasonal activity reports.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, follow direction, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in jewelry design, luxury goods, and product development.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced creative environment and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
