Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office
Salary: $72,000–$108,000 per year for roles based in Pittsburgh, PA, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead space and occupancy planning, maintain spatial data, track utilization, audit floor plans, and monitor occupancy levels.
- Manage team allocations, individual seating, space planning software, and workplace standards.
- Support facility projects ranging from small renovations to establishing new offices.
- Create 2D layouts, test fits, and block plans in AutoCAD or Revit for team growth, reorganizations, and new workplace concepts.
- Support internal moves, adds, and changes in partnership with Workplace Operations.
- Prepare presentations and visual materials, engage stakeholders, and research workplace, ergonomic, and smart-office trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in space planning, interior design, or facilities coordination.
- Strong foundational AutoCAD skills.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work from the Pittsburgh office at least 3 days per week, with more frequent in-office presence possible based on operational needs.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAFM or IWMS platforms such as iOffice, Serraview, SpaceiQ, or Archibus.
- Understanding of AI platforms such as Gemini or Claude.
