Base salary: $80,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop ideas and create high-volume content for digital, social, and traditional media.
• Write engaging copy that reflects each brand’s voice and supports client briefs, feedback, and KPIs.
• Translate creative direction and strategic briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
• Collaborate with creative, client services, strategy, and Art Direction partners on content calendars and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects with short deadlines and present strategic thinking to creative leaders.
• Support production from pre-production through post-production, including organizing shoots and directing content.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting and creating digital or social content.
• Strong execution, strategic thinking, time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Excellent storytelling, grammar, proofreading, and self-editing abilities.
• Ability to adapt writing across platforms and switch between multiple brand voices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and provide clear creative guidance.
• Understanding of industry best practices and major social platforms, with willingness to learn and articulate the agency’s perspective.
