What you will do

• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, product descriptions, and video scripts.
• Shape and maintain LEAF’s brand tone, voice, and style guidelines across communication channels.
• Develop compelling narratives that communicate the value and benefits of products and services.
• Research leasing industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform content.
• Review copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines while managing multiple deadlines.
• Provide guidance to less experienced copywriters and identify risk-related issues for escalation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, or a combination of at least 7 years of higher education and/or work experience including 3 years of related experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across mediums and writing styles.
• Strong technical writing, grammar, punctuation, and syntax skills.
• Ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms and translate marketing objectives into compelling copy.
• Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional copywriting experience.
• Financial services experience.
