CRM/HubSpot Systems Architect - 12 Month Contract

What you will do

• Manage the HubSpot CRM data model, integration architecture, governance standards, properties, workflows, and lead-scoring processes.
• Govern automation and workflow design to reduce system sprawl and maintain reliability as the platform scales.
• Own middleware, integration filters, synchronization troubleshooting, and onboarding for new business units.
• Maintain data hygiene across contacts, companies, and deals, including deduplication, enrichment, compliance, and migration integrity.
• Document architecture, data dictionaries, and operating procedures while supporting training and user adoption.
• Build AI workflow infrastructure for new product launches and provide hands-on systems support to Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• Strong enterprise-scale HubSpot architecture and administration experience, including multiple integrations and high workflow volumes.
• Experience designing CRM data models and governance frameworks, ideally including a full implementation or major platform reconfiguration.
• Ability to work independently and deliver a defined scope within a fixed 12-month contract.
• Clear, proactive communication with two reporting lines: the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Revenue Operations.
• Confident daily use of AI tools and an ability to identify practical new applications for them.
• Availability to work in the hybrid role based in Duleek, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk, ChurnZero, or another adjacent commercial system.
• Experience supporting M&A or acquisition integration programmes.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data manipulation tools.
• Background in a private-equity-backed or multi-brand group.
• Advanced HubSpot certifications.
