What you will do

• Lead data management, data quality control, cleaning, curation, and organization for client projects.
• Build and manage automated reports, data listings, and repeatable workflow tasks.
• Support rapid analytics for injury surveillance, monitoring, program evaluation, protocol evolution, and intervention effectiveness studies.
• Create datasets from complex existing and fit-for-purpose data sources.
• Prepare study documents, analytic reports, client presentations, proposals, and final deliverables.
• Support project management, scientific research questions, best-practice development, and internal team initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant education and experience, or a master's degree in public health, epidemiology, data science, biostatistics, outcomes research, health economics, or a related scientific field with one year of relevant experience.
• Methodological training in epidemiology, biostatistics, outcomes research, data science, or a related area relevant to observational research.
• Proficiency in SAS or R; familiarity with Python is preferred.
• Experience incorporating AI or other technologies to automate and streamline processes.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, prioritization, and independent work skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
