BIB Credit is launching an online lending brand in South Africa 🇿🇦, and we’re looking for a proactive Collection Supervisor to help build and manage our collections operations.
We’re backed by a fintech team with 10+ years of experience in online lending and are building our MFO operations from the ground up.
📍 Location: Remote or On-site in Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾
What you’ll do:
• Monitor the daily performance and discipline of collection agents
• Oversee schedules and team compliance with operational standards
• Monitor communication channels, dialers, and automated messaging
• Identify missed interactions and help recover lost traffic
• Develop communication strategies and ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor communication quality and resolve operational issues
What we’re looking for:
• At least 1 year of experience in collections
• Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and messaging platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to monitor team performance and maintain operational discipline
• Experience in an MFO, fintech, or online lending company is a plus
What we offer:
💰 Salary: $1,500–$2,500 per month
🏢 On-site opportunity in our Limassol office, Cyprus
🌍 Remote work opportunities also available
📅 Full-time, permanent position
