Senior User Experience (Cybersecurity)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model.

Salary: from 19,075 PLN gross per month, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead UX project work independently or in collaboration with product teams.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, designs, and interactive prototypes in high and low fidelity.
• Conduct interview-based evaluative usability research and use findings to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, product marketing, executives, architecture, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Turn complex scenarios into clear research problems and design solutions while advocating for user needs.
• Improve UX team processes, tools, methods, design patterns, skills, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Expert UX design skills and deep knowledge of relevant methods, skills, and tools.
• Proven project leadership experience and the ability to work independently on complex features.
• Experience interviewing end users and conducting usability research.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to mentor and guide UX designers, researchers, and associates.
• Experience driving UX improvements within large organizations.
