Agentic Engineering Expert (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

What you will do

• Define engineering standards, best practices, governance models, and implementation playbooks for agentic software delivery.
• Own and continuously evolve Agentic Delivery Lifecycle standards, control gates, certification requirements, and evaluation frameworks.
• Define enterprise agentic platforms covering code agents, model routing, context management, memory services, AI gateways, security, observability, and resiliency.
• Establish standards and registries for agents, skills, workflows, MCP services, prompts, and certification processes.
• Lead responsible AI governance covering hallucinations, prompt injection, insecure code generation, intellectual property, data protection, and regulated workloads.
• Drive engineering adoption through lighthouse implementations, academies, communities of practice, maturity models, and value measurement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in ADLC, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, and observability.
• Expert proficiency with code agents and agent frameworks.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses, benchmarking systems, and governance frameworks.
• Technical leadership with a pragmatic, data-driven, and outcomes-focused approach.
