Cybersecurity Compliance Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Aveiro, Portugal; the technological hub is in Porto.

What you will do

• Support cybersecurity compliance for technology infrastructure and financial services operations.
• Assess security risks using established risk assessment methodologies.
• Monitor and apply regulatory requirements and industry standards, including NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27001.
• Contribute analytical and problem-solving expertise to the development and support of innovative technology solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar cybersecurity compliance or technology risk role.
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology risk management, including NIS2, CRA, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and autonomous approach.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
