Marketing Designer

hirify.global provides employment opportunities and is hiring a Marketing Designer for a direct-hire position.

What you will do

• Build web and landing page layouts in Figma or another preferred tool and prepare them for developer handoff.
• Create advertising assets for Google, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn, produce multiple test variations, and analyze performance results.
• Develop partner resources, sales decks, one-pagers, trade show assets, short-form motion graphics, and product explainer videos.
• Manage the creative request pipeline, prioritize work with the Performance Marketing Manager, and communicate realistic deadlines.
• Interpret creative briefs, ask clarifying questions, and deliver work aligned with the intended objective.
• Use Claude and similar AI tools to accelerate production while reviewing and polishing every published asset; maintain the brand system and organized reusable assets.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional design experience and a portfolio demonstrating original design craftsmanship.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color, with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or Photoshop.
• Practical familiarity with AI-powered design and copy tools such as Claude, including the ability to evaluate and refine generated output.
• On-site work at Dania Pointe, US.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or comparable motion and video production tools.
• Experience creating assets for B2B technology or hardware products.
• Experience building web pages for developer handoff and supporting trade show or print production.
