Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Work from anywhere; fully remote. The company is based in Malta, with an annual in-person gathering.

Salary: €50,000–€65,000 estimated base salary per year.

What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate and business-partner relationships.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding and integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, and affiliate performance through regular reporting.
• Analyze results, optimize campaigns and funnels, and identify opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates while resolving tracking, performance, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate communication, processes, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms, networks, Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, media buying, and paid social channels.
• Perfectly fluent English required.
• Comfort advertising uncensored and NSFW products, with an ownership-driven and adaptable working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with postback S2S tracking, ad servers, affiliate disputes, fraud, and tracking issues.
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization, A/B testing, subscription business models, and fraud prevention.
