Senior Affiliate Platform Operations Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Nis, Serbia

hirify.global operates the AffiliReach sub-affiliate platform for publishers, advertisers, campaigns, deals, tracking, and promotional offers.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the AffiliReach platform, including publisher and advertiser accounts, campaigns, brands, deals, commissions, access, and configurations.
• Create, test, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking links, deeplinks, attribution setups, and campaign-specific tracking requirements.
• Configure CPA, revenue share, hybrid, fixed-fee, and publisher-specific campaign structures based on agreed commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate bonus, promotion, offer, campaign, and platform information for publishers and internal systems.
• Investigate discrepancies between operator data, internal tracking, and AffiliReach reporting with BI/Data and technical teams.
• Document operational processes and act as the main internal contact for platform-related questions.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing operations, affiliate networks, or a similar digital environment.
• Good understanding of affiliate tracking and attribution, with experience using affiliate platforms or tracking systems such as Income Access, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail when working with tracking links, campaign configurations, and performance data.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate problems through resolution, work independently, and take ownership of operational processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across Product, BI/Data, Commercial, and Operations teams.

• Experience in sports betting, casino, or iGaming.
• Experience with sub-affiliate or affiliate-network platforms and deeplink management.
• Familiarity with CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and fixed-fee commission models.
• Experience with digital platform QA/testing and documenting operational workflows.
• Interest in using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality and efficiency.
