Senior Test Data Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia) or Warsaw, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Rate: up to 160 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Define and implement the Test Data Management strategy, governance, ownership model, and operating framework.
• Create policies for data provisioning, masking, retention, refresh cycles, KPIs, and reporting.
• Assess current processes, tools, risks, dependencies, inefficiencies, and data needs across critical business journeys.
• Design the target operating model and self-service capabilities across ARTs and distributed teams.
• Define automated test data provisioning and integrate TDM with CI/CD pipelines for on-demand generation and refresh.
• Lead proofs of concept, pilots, rollout, and adoption across the Home Journey program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in testing, QA, or data management.
• Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities, strategies, assessments, and operating models.
• Strong experience with data masking, anonymisation, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning, provisioning, GDPR, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with end-to-end testing, test automation, AI utilisation, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/DevOps delivery, web services, SOAP, SOA, Jenkins, mobile performance testing, and mainframe systems.
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms, and distributed teams.
• English at B2 level or higher, together with strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Banking, mortgage, or financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with home-buying or customer onboarding journeys.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, or synthetic data generation tools.
