Senior/Lead Software Engineer - Technical Enablement (FinTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid workplace model with office attendance required two days per week and remote work on other days.

Salary: €41,360–€62,040 annual base compensation for Italy-based positions; Poland compensation is disclosed at the initial candidate-engagement stage.

What you will do

• Support continuous improvement across value streams, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration through a DevOps approach.
• Monitor, investigate, and debug failing tests.
• Provide first-level technical support for infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure and develop tools for integrated testing.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience with C#.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and PowerShell scripting.
• Practical experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps pipelines, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of Azure networking and related technologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code using Bicep or Terraform.
