Founding Technical Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid setup with in-person office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Estimated base salary: $100,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity options.

What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between Product, Customer, and Commercial teams.
• Translate customer requirements into platform configurations, implementation solutions, and sophisticated demos.
• Investigate integration challenges, resolve technical barriers, and coordinate the prioritisation and delivery of engineering support tickets.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to help shape product roadmap priorities, feature scope, and engineering requirements.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hirify.global’s architecture, setup, and capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build internal knowledge repositories, product accreditation, onboarding workflows, templates, technical documentation, and customer training materials.

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
• Strong technical foundation, with experience or education in engineering, applied physics, mathematics, technical training, or a comparable area.
• Ability to understand product architecture quickly and some coding knowledge; a Computer Science degree is not required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical topics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, resilience, competitiveness, and willingness to work in a demanding startup environment.
• Ability to work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
