Location: London, United Kingdom — hybrid

Salary: £100,000–£130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy, implementation, and measurement of business impact.
• Build a trusted data foundation and promote self-service analytics.
• Embed practical AI capabilities into everyday business operations and redesign workflows.
• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with senior leadership, Data Engineering, and Compliance.
• Drive innovation across a complex, multi-jurisdictional financial services environment.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience across Data, Analytics, or AI.
• Track record of taking AI solutions from initial concept through adoption.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, dbt, and cloud data warehouse expertise.
• Commercial thinking, stakeholder influence, and a hands-on delivery mindset.
• Experience in financial services, trading, or brokerage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom.
