TL;DR

Focus on assessing contractual risks, maintaining contract governance tools, monitoring performance, and managing renewals or terminations.

Location: Hybrid in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

What you will do

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and revise sales, vendor, non-disclosure, service, and other commercial contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal counsel to secure approvals and execute contracts on time.
  • Maintain the contract inventory, tracker, documentation, and contract management radar.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, performance monitoring, renewal, and termination.
  • Develop contract templates, standard operating procedures, and contract management tools.
  • Assess contractual risks, recommend mitigations, and monitor compliance with contract terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
  • Member of the IBP in good standing.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience as a lawyer, including banking experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, contract review, negotiation, administration, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with contract management software and the ability to interpret contracts, prepare amendments, and explain contractual requirements to stakeholders.
