Consultant, Global Swap Dealer

What you will do

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings by preparing materials, maintaining committee charters, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Manage compliance issues from identification through closure, including remediation coordination and corrective-action validation.
• Perform quarterly trade reconstruction reviews and recurring compliance reviews covering personnel tracking, complaints, surveillance reconciliations, recordkeeping, and quality control.
• Maintain Swap Dealer policies and procedures in line with business processes and regulatory developments.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing, regulatory examinations, internal reviews, and audit activities.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders on program initiatives and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Regulatory Risk, Audit, Financial Services, Governance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory compliance programs, monitoring, testing, governance, or issue management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and deliver accurate work within established timelines.
