Werkstudent HW & Electronics Development (Automotive)

Location: Gerlingen, Germany; the posting also references Switzerland and foreign countries. The role involves on-site laboratory, prototype assembly, testing, and PCB work. Home-office work may be available depending on the position.

What you will do

• Support the development and enhancement of electronic circuits and assemblies.
• Perform measurements and tests using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other laboratory equipment.
• Assemble and commission hardware prototypes, including soldering and PCB rework.
• Contribute to design verification, hardware testing, and documentation of test results.

Requirements

• Currently studying Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Good command of English.
• Independent, structured, and curious working style with enthusiasm for hands-on electronics work.

Nice to have

• Experience with soldering and knowledge of oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Experience with Altium Designer.
