Binance Accelerator Program - Data Scientist (LLM & Trading)

Location: Singapore; work-from-home may be available depending on the business team's work arrangement.

What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered financial trading agent skills using Web3 data.
• Integrate trading-agent capabilities into practical financial systems.
• Perform post-training of large language models using supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
• Build and maintain benchmark datasets for evaluating AI system performance.
• Prototype and iterate workflows for financial AI agent systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.

Requirements

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Supervised Fine-Tuning, RLHF, or RLAIF.
• Familiarity with Llama Factory, Slime, Verl, OpenRLHF, or similar fine-tuning and reinforcement learning frameworks.
• Experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with LLM training and evaluation tools including Hugging Face Transformers, DeepSpeed, or vLLM.
• Availability for at least 6 months, working 5 days per week, with strong communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
