TL;DR
Senior iOS Engineer - Fintech Platform (m/f/n) (Swift/SwiftUI): Building and maintaining a native iOS fintech platform for consumer and merchant-facing solutions with an accent on architecture, security, performance, and zero-regression delivery. Focus on designing modular application layers, implementing concurrency and reactive flows, strengthening automated testing and CI/CD, and integrating native apps with backend and web experiences.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw or Cracow, Poland, preferably one office day per week

What you will do
- Own the architecture, module boundaries, dependency structure, quality, and performance of a production iOS fintech application.
- Develop native iOS solutions with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, Actors, Combine, Core Data, SwiftData, and Keychain Services.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle, including specifications, testing, feature-flagged releases, structured events, and backlog shaping.
- Build automated tests with XCTest and XCUITest and maintain a zero-regression production environment through crash monitoring.
- Profile and optimize applications with Instruments and maintain CI/CD automation using Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts, authentication, event schemas, integrations, incident support, and post-mortems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of native iOS engineering experience with production applications published through the App Store.
- At least 4 years of experience with Swift and SwiftUI and/or UIKit, including Swift Concurrency, async/await, Actors, and Combine.
- At least 3 years of iOS testing experience with XCTest and XCUITest.
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture, MVVM and/or MVI, modular design, dependency inversion, and testable code.
- Experience with Core Data, SwiftData, Keychain Services, URLSession, certificate pinning, Instruments, and iOS CI/CD automation.
- English at a minimum B2 level; university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- FinTech or regulated mobile application development experience.
- Apple Pay or PassKit integration experience.
- Large-scale modular architecture, monorepo, App Clips, accessibility standards, Swift macros, or SwiftUI preview tooling experience.
