TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (iOS) (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit): Modernizing iOS delivery workflows and defining scalable mobile architecture with an accent on shared CI/CD pipelines, framework stability, security, accessibility, and AI-assisted development. Focus on integrating AI coding workflows, building automated release chains, and guiding R&D teams adopting common mobile engineering standards.
Location: Krakow, Poland; flexible hybrid work

What you will do
- Lead the transition of iOS release workflows to GitHub Actions and align mobile deployments with frontend and backend release chains.
- Define scalable iOS architecture and standards using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Establish guidelines for API and ABI stability, framework distribution, security, and accessibility.
- Integrate AI coding assistants, automated tooling, and custom prompt workflows into iOS delivery.
- Collaborate with pilot teams and Engineering Ops leads to mentor engineers and support adoption across R&D.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Swift concurrency with async/await.
- Experience with Swift Package Manager or CocoaPods and stable framework API/ABI design.
- Experience configuring CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions or Xcode Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, UI test suites, and testable software design.
- Practical experience with LLM workflows, prompt optimization, and AI tooling for mobile delivery.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and understand multi-team mobile infrastructure.
