TL;DR

Data Scientist (Credit Risk) (Python/SQL/Airflow): Building full-cycle machine learning models for credit decisions and predictive risk use cases with an accent on feature engineering, production deployment, and model monitoring. Focus on developing churn and reserve models, partnering with Risk Analysts and Portfolio Managers, and owning models throughout their lifecycle.

🔍 Join our Risk team in Colombia as its first Data Scientist

We're launching a new business line in Colombia, and we need someone to build Risk data science from the ground up.

⚙️ What you'll own
Full-cycle ML models that power real credit decisions: from features and development to deployment, monitoring and retirement. Plus predictive models beyond credit scoring, like churn and reserve calculations, built hand in hand with Risk Analysts and Portfolio Managers.

🎯 You're a fit if you have
✔️ 3+ years of production-level Data Science
✔️ Experience in banking or fintech with hands-on credit risk exposure
✔️ Taking models all the way to production and beyond
✔️ Python, SQL, Airflow, Git, BI / Streamlit
✔️ A STEM background and love for owning problems end-to-end
✔️ English B1+

🌍 Relocation to Colombia 🇨🇴, Serbia 🇷🇸 or Cyprus 🇨🇾, or fully remote work
