SAP S/4 HANA Procure & Supply Transformation Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; frequent travel within the UK and internationally. Eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance or completion of BPSS and Export Control checks is required.

hirify.global Defence and Space is integrating Spirit AeroSystems operations into its aerospace organization and deploying a unified SAP S/4 HANA digital ecosystem.

What you will do

• Contribute to the Procure & Supply team throughout discovery, design, deployment, and entry into service.
• Analyze current organizations, processes, and IT solutions and design SAP S/4 HANA-based solutions.
• Support supplier contract management and ordering execution within the Procure and Supply scope.
• Collaborate with Belfast Operations stakeholders, Process Owners, Information Management teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate business transformation, business acceptance testing, data migration, adoption, and post-deployment hypercare.
• Integrate Procure & Supply solutions with Finance, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Shopfloor, and Logistics domains.

Requirements

• Degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, an HNC in one of these fields plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in aerospace or another complex industry such as automotive or defence.
• Detailed Procure & Supply knowledge and end-to-end global supply-chain understanding.
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply-chain modules, including SAP S/4 HANA solution design and deployment methodology.
• At least 3 years of project-management experience, strong stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory; eligibility for UK SC Security Clearance or completion of BPSS and Export Control checks is required.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications and knowledge of additional operational domains.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI applications to improve efficiency.
• Proficiency in French and/or German.
