Senior Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; full-time on-site, five days per week

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production, programming, laser marking, product customisation, inventory, warehouse, fulfilment, and despatch operations.
• Set priorities and allocate people, equipment, materials, and capacity to meet demand and service-level commitments.
• Own operational KPIs covering safety, quality, service, productivity, inventory accuracy, cost, and people development.
• Improve workflows, material flow, warehouse layout, capacity utilisation, standard operating procedures, and operational scalability.
• Maintain accurate ERP and WMS records, inventory controls, receiving, storage, picking, packing, and despatch processes.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop an operations team of approximately nine people, expected to grow to around twelve, while coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, IT, Security, and other functions.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading hands-on warehouse, fulfilment, production, manufacturing, or similar operations.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, recruiting, and planning the capacity of front-line operational teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfilment, and production or light-manufacturing environments.
• Experience using KPIs, root-cause analysis, standardised processes, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, plus strong spreadsheet, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Stockholm five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or NetSuite WMS.
• Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience with warehouse or production automation.
• Higher education in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
