TL;DR
Planning Manager (Supply Chain): Leading integrated EMEA and APAC planning across demand, supply, capacity, materials, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics with an accent on supplier collaboration, supply reliability, and lifecycle readiness. Focus on developing constrained and unconstrained scenarios, resolving material and capacity constraints, and coordinating NPI, ramp-up, phase-out, and EOL planning across the supply network.

What you will do

  • Lead EMEA and APAC planning inputs and outputs for global SIOP, supply reviews, and S&OE exception management.
  • Reconcile demand, supply, capacity, materials, inventory, logistics, and product lifecycle considerations into decision-ready regional plans.
  • Develop constrained and unconstrained supply scenarios and translate demand into capacity, production, material, inventory, and logistics requirements.
  • Establish forecast-sharing and exception-review routines with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and external manufacturing partners.
  • Identify supply, supplier, capacity, quality, logistics, and geopolitical risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate planning readiness for product launches, ramp-ups, phase-outs, and end-of-life events while improving ERP, analytics, and planning workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply, material, manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, inventory, or SIOP/S&OP planning.
  • Strong experience with constrained planning, scenario development, supplier collaboration, and resolving material and capacity constraints.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or external production partners across multiple countries, sites, or supply-chain nodes.
  • Practical experience with NPI, ramp-up, phase-out, and EOL planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, and analytics platforms is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NetSuite or comparable systems.
