Finance Business Partner (iGaming)

Location: Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. Hybrid working after the probation period, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do

• Act as a financial partner to Product, Commercial, and business stakeholders.
• Own financial partnering for an assigned product area and collaborate across the Finance Business Partnering team.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting, challenge assumptions, and develop aligned projections and scenarios.
• Monitor P&L, CAPEX, revenue, EBITDA, operating costs, and other financial and operational metrics.
• Perform variance analysis and translate trends, risks, and opportunities into practical recommendations.
• Prepare management reports and presentations while improving data accuracy, reporting, and finance processes with FP&A, Billing, and Data teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or an analytical finance function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work independently with complex, large datasets.
• Ability to interpret financial performance, build scenarios, challenge assumptions, and explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Confident English communication and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and seniority levels.
• Adaptability, collaboration, self-motivation, sound judgement, and ownership of responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Financial planning and analytics experience in a global organisation, ideally in the technology sector.
• Experience with Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience improving finance processes, automating reporting, or introducing analytical tools.
• Exposure to ACCA or another professional accounting qualification.
