What you will do

• Control project costs and budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Analyze variances between forecasted profits and actual expenses.
• Prepare cash flow projections and financial reports.
• Validate and incorporate project data into cost reports.
• Verify invoices from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate coding and financial alignment.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in cost control, finance, or analytics.
• Russian language proficiency required.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a construction environment.
