Lead Electronics Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Lead electronic engineering design for product creation and product maintenance.
• Define electronic system architecture, technology roadmaps, development processes, and engineering tools.
• Own innovation solutions, feasibility studies, and alignment with cost, quality, productivity, and delivery requirements.
• Resolve technical issues throughout the product life cycle and control electronic subsystem risks.
• Flow system requirements down into electronic subsystem requirements and architectures.
• Coach junior engineers and drive process efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in electronic engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of engineering or research and development experience.
• Experience designing or analyzing complex electronic systems, such as motion control, power, and embedded systems.
• Good understanding of systems engineering techniques, development processes, and engineering tools.
• Knowledge of medical device standards and regulations.
• Good English skills required. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also expected.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
