Wizz Management Trainee - Cabin Operations

Location: Budapest, Hungary. The role is based in Budapest and requires at least 20 hours of work per week.

What you will do

• Co-lead automation processes with Senior Managers to streamline cabin operations.
• Lead short-term projects and departmental developments.
• Develop crew engagement, motivation, and recognition initiatives with Local Base Managers.
• Manage the Vacation Management ticketing system, paid holiday requests, and cabin crew swap requests.
• Monitor inflight service and operational standards and support consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate the Quick Training Program for newly appointed Line Managers.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Active enrollment at a Hungarian university through at least summer 2028.
• Graduation within two years.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Interest in aviation and supporting Cabin Crew excellence.
• Team-player mindset and eagerness to challenge, learn, and grow.

• Previous traineeship experience.
