Satellite Test & Production Troubleshooting Lead (M/F/X)

Location: Toulouse Area, France. Full-time role involving shift work, typically a 2x8 schedule, occasional on-call duty, and rare business travel. French nationality and eligibility for security clearance are mandatory.

What you will do

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical blockers affecting satellite production, including flight and ground test issues.
• Provide operational technical support for test frameworks, Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), and investigation tooling.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration plans for EGSE, test aids, and electrical tools.
• Maintain technical documentation and track the Final Assembly Line as-built configuration.
• Coordinate interventions between Test Engineering and production teams and support non-conformance investigations.
• Improve manufacturing test flows and support Decision Review Boards plus test equipment commissioning and decommissioning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in satellite Assembly, Integration and Testing (AIT), aerospace, or complex industrial systems.
• Strong expertise in EGSE, test architectures, network protocols, test software, and electrical instrumentation.
• Proven mastery of root cause analysis and industrial manufacturing diagnostics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills for bridging engineering and production teams.
• French nationality is required in accordance with IGI 1300.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities is required. Professional fluency in English is required for daily operational use.
