What you will do

• Coordinate, secure, and organize land acquisition leads.
• Research property titles and municipal records, conduct initial outreach, and meet with sellers or their representatives.
• Present property details, seller requirements, terms, conditions, and contacts to management.
• Prepare letters of intent and negotiate purchase contracts.
• Underwrite and analyze the financial aspects of development opportunities.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, developers, and city officials while supporting ethical business growth.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in land acquisition and residential development opportunities.
• Ability to perform title and municipal research.
• Ability to analyze financial aspects of development opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for working with sellers, brokers, developers, and public officials.
• Ability to travel overnight.
