What you will do

  • Research brand, design, and market trends to generate new ideas.
  • Support the design, execution, and analysis of primary and secondary research.
  • Structure and synthesize research to develop actionable client insights and recommendations.
  • Use AI to deepen foundational data and improve research efficiency.
  • Collaborate on client work and help prepare high-quality presentations and other deliverables.
  • Conduct background research for prospective clients and support new business pitches and briefing materials.

Requirements

  • Participation in the 2026 Next Gen Programme is required.
  • Ability to gather, analyse, and synthesize research.
  • Ability to articulate insights and points of view.
  • Collaborative approach to client and team work.
  • Ability to work with brand data and learn the principles of Brand Asset Valuator.
