Non-Technical Project/Program Management (Installation Coordinator) (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Coordinate semiconductor equipment installation schedules with engineering, field service, project management, and global operations teams.
• Track installation milestones, readiness requirements, customer approvals, safety compliance, site access, and project status.
• Support workforce planning by monitoring engineer availability, qualifications, certifications, deployment schedules, utilization, and capacity.
• Match qualified engineers to installation opportunities and coordinate deployment across customer sites and regions.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and operational risks, driving resolution or escalation.
• Maintain operational records and prepare weekly updates, KPI reports, resource status reports, and installation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, installation coordination, field operations, workforce planning, logistics, or operational support.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, data management, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required for collaboration with global stakeholders across regions.
