Principal Program Manager (S&D; - Global Ops)

What you will do

• Lead Search and Discovery global operations and support data insights and execution platforms.
• Manage data labeling and audit operations for products using AI and machine learning technologies.
• Engage internal users, conduct customer research, and identify root causes behind key problems.
• Define program vision, strategy, success metrics, execution plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business operations and technology while tracking progress and trade-offs.
• Implement program metrics, maintain quality standards, and align stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Experience managing data-centric operations and data labeling teams for products using ML or LLMs.
• Experience with customer research, including usability testing and interviews, and quantitative research methods.
• Experience managing innovative programs in a large technology-first company and working across multiple geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
