Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor Automation)

Location: Seoul, South Korea. Work arrangements may include a mix of in-office and remote work depending on the role and business needs.

What you will do

• Manage programs and projects delivering products or computer-based systems from design through completion for external customers.
• Plan and direct project schedules, budgets, and delivery activities.
• Interface with customers on technical matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional and interdepartmental activities to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff while providing technical direction and support.
• Lead complex projects and serve as a principal customer and senior-management interface.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 4–5+ years of experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Thorough knowledge of project or program management and the ability to contribute to new concepts, theories, and principles.
• Experience handling complex, multifaceted problems requiring creative thinking and sound judgment.
• Ability to provide direction to project teams and mentor more junior staff members.
• Ability to manage projects with significant organizational impact and substantial resource requirements.
