User Success Manager (AI)

Base salary: $140,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Help users get started with hirify.global products, troubleshoot technical problems, and discover useful workflows.
• Build relationships with engaged users and understand their goals, workflows, frustrations, and ideas.
• Become an expert in the products and translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable guidance.
• Create onboarding materials, documentation, examples, workshops, and office hours.
• Build and grow online and in-person user communities that encourage learning, sharing, and contribution.
• Share user patterns, unexpected use cases, friction, and product ideas with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical community, developer relations, technical customer success, solutions engineering, or another technical user-facing role.
• Technical ability to understand product behavior, reproduce issues, troubleshoot with users, and communicate with engineers.
• Ability to understand underlying user needs, explain complex technical ideas clearly, and build genuine relationships.
• Strong product intuition and ability to distinguish individual anecdotes from actionable patterns.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and building systems before an established playbook exists.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office.
