Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist – Global Products & Solutions (GPS) 80% - 100% (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Own and further develop the global regulatory trade reporting framework, including SIX, EUREX Trade Reporting, and Dodd-Frank Threshold Monitoring.
• Maintain the inventory of required trade reports, policies, standards, manuals, controls, and documented stakeholder responsibilities.
• Interpret evolving regulatory requirements with Compliance and Legal and perform business analysis for new reporting obligations.
• Coordinate implementation of reporting changes across platforms, systems, methodologies, and data flows, including documentation, testing, and approval.
• Track reporting errors, late submissions, and control deficiencies; identify root causes and monitor remediation.
• Coordinate audits and incident-related investigations with supervisory authorities and commission independent validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology.
• 5–7 years of relevant trade reporting experience in investment or wealth management.
• Proven experience managing regulatory trade reporting frameworks within financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of trade reporting rules issued by major exchanges and regulators.
• Experience with IT platforms, system implementations, data flows, regulatory change, business analysis, and technical coordination.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
