Head Trader eFX Spot – Associate-Director

What you will do

• Lead and support the eFX Spot team, fostering collaboration, trust, employee development, and performance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, and employee growth in partnership with Talent Acquisition, senior management, and HR.
• Own realized risk and PnL while ensuring successful and compliant eFX Spot operations.
• Monitor orders, trades, market conditions, news flow, client activity, real-time risk, PnL, and team capacity.
• Fine-tune price construction, execution, and risk management systems while maintaining relationships with hedging counterparties and market venues.
• Analyze results, produce data-driven reporting, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate on product and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure.
• Strong understanding of client needs and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to transform large datasets into actionable insights.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
