Credit Lead (Underwriter) - Fintech & Payments Expertise

hirify.global is launching a new credit vertical focused on short-term liquidity and credit facilities for fintech companies, payment providers, exchanges, and other financial institutions.

What you will do

• Underwrite and structure revolving credit facilities, working capital loans, and liquidity facilities.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, liquidity positions, and repayment capacity.
• Determine lending amounts, terms, covenants, security, and other risk protections.
• Build credit policies, underwriting guidelines, templates, and concentration limits from scratch.
• Monitor credit risk and borrower performance while establishing risk-monitoring processes.
• Support the development and scaling of the new credit business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant credit experience.
• Strong experience in credit underwriting and structuring, beyond purely credit analysis.
• Mandatory experience in fintech and payments.
• Background in institutional lending, private credit, venture debt, specialty finance, or a similar environment.
• Experience establishing or developing credit policies, processes, or risk frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, digital assets, or stablecoins.
