HR Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

Location: Bristol-based role in the United Kingdom with hybrid working; recruitment activity covers Bristol and the wider South West market.

Salary: £27,937–£35,000 per year plus uncapped commission.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a specialist interim HR recruitment desk.
• Build relationships with new and existing public and private sector clients.
• Source and engage high-calibre HR professionals across multiple HR disciplines.
• Deliver interim recruitment solutions for HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and HR Transformation & Change roles.
• Drive business development activity and expand market share across the Bristol and wider South West region.
• Provide consultative recruitment expertise to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Commercial awareness and a relationship-driven approach.
• Motivation to build and develop a successful specialist recruitment desk.
• Ability to develop client partnerships and a specialist professional network.
• Capability to work across public sector clients, including local authorities, NHS organisations, and education providers, as well as private sector clients.
