Recruitment Coordinator

What you will do

• Nurture applicants from initial contact through appointment approval and the transition to operating their own pub business.
• Coordinate recruitment processes in line with statutory legislation and the Pubs Code.
• Work with the Operations Team to understand recruitment requirements and needs.
• Support targeted recruiting activities aligned with recruitment plans and strategies.
• Maintain and report on recruitment metrics, including applicant numbers and the number of pubs recruiting.

Requirements

• Experience with telephone candidate screening and evaluation.
• Strong IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data management and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Organised, methodical, accurate, accountable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Interest in people, pubs, and customer service excellence.
