Location: Hybrid working basis at the Warhammer World site just outside Nottingham, UK

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers across manufacturing, distribution, and site services to define recruitment needs and shape role briefs.
• Create job adverts that reflect the company culture and reach candidates through job boards and direct sourcing.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Lead recruitment planning for critical and hard-to-fill vacancies using market knowledge and varied sourcing methods.
• Support temporary-to-permanent conversions and complete accurate recruitment administration.
• Maintain applicant tracking system data, recruitment records, reporting, and Right to Work documentation.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house.
• Experience recruiting across different business areas and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to challenge hiring requirements when appropriate.
• Experience using a range of direct sourcing methods.
• Strong attention to detail when managing administration, recruitment data, and Right to Work checks.
