D365 Project Manager (Australia, Malaysia, Korea & Japan) - 12M Contract

Location: Hybrid, based in the Malaysia offices in Shah Alam, Selangor, with regular travel required across Australia, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan

What you will do

• Own and manage the APAC Wave 3 deployment plan, ensuring on-time delivery and realization of agreed business benefits.
• Lead the implementation of D365 FinOps and CE across factories and selling entities in Australia, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan.
• Manage superusers, subject matter experts, local leadership teams, and change and communications resources.
• Track programme delivery, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, critical-path activities, and business readiness.
• Lead steering committees and gate reviews, provide guidance on the D365 solution, and report performance metrics to the Management Board.
• Build trusted relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders while driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering multi-location D365 FinOps and CE deployment programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people, processes, system activities, deployment plans, and business readiness.
• Willingness to travel regularly and provide on-the-ground programme leadership.
• Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong accountability, communication, change management, problem-solving, and delivery governance skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and resolve complex requirements challenges across the organization.
