Director, Client Investment Research (Asset Management)

Location: Singapore; onsite at the Singapore office four days per week

Compensation: S$255,000–S$515,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus; expected base salary is 70–80% of this range.

What you will do

• Develop a detailed understanding of hirify.global’s business, commercial strategy, investment philosophy, and strategies.
• Create client-focused insights and communicate perspectives on investment philosophy, performance, strategies, and market outlook.
• Partner with Portfolio Strategists, Client Advisors, and investment professionals to address client requests and support high-quality engagements.
• Produce portfolio position and performance analytics using market knowledge, investment methodology, and quantitative analysis.
• Manage and direct Client Service Research Analysts and oversee their day-to-day work and projects.
• Lead longer-term client projects, analyze entire portfolios, and coordinate resources across projects and strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior work experience, ideally in a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic and extracurricular track record.
• Experience in markets, investing, or investment consulting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, data analysis, written, and oral communication skills.
• Prior management experience and the ability to prioritize, organize time, and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to demonstrate curiosity, humility, openness to feedback, composure under pressure, and a strong work ethic.
